Club La Costa

The Association holds monthly Board Meetings on the third Wednesday of the month.  Meetings are held at the Cutler Ridge First Methodist Church located at 20740 Old Cutler Road in room #101.  The Violation Control Committee meets at 7:00pm and the Board of Directors meeting begins at 7:30 pm.  Everyone is encouraged to attend! 

 

We would like to thank all homeowners who comply with Club La Costa's rules and regulations and those who have corrected violations on their property.  Please, remember that if you receive a notice of violation and ignore it, you will be fined and your file will be submitted to the Association's attorney for compliance.

 

If you are planning to sell or lease your home, please make sure to contact the Management Company in order to obtain the proper paperwork.   

All buyers and renters need to be properly screened prior to moving in.  Those persons who move in without going through the screening process are subject to Association's denial and eviction.
